Spring 2001: |
|
| Teawares from the Bodine/French meadow property. On the left are two painted Chinese export porcelain teacups. On the right are an English tin glazed saucer and teacup painted with Chinese-style motifs. | |
| |
Iron forks with decorated bone handles and a pewter spoon from the Bodine/French meadow property. In the 18th century, forks and knives were made with very similar handle shapes and decorations, but spoons were made in entirely different styles. |
| Pistol butt cap in the form of a grotesque mask for a screw-barrel or holster pistol from the Bray/Letson meadow property. Made in England between 1720 and 1780. |
|
| Salt-glazed stoneware mug with an incised and painted checkerboard motif from the Bray/Letson meadow property. This mug was made in New York City or central New Jersey. | |
| Fragments of window glass from the Hardenbrook/Duyckinck House property. From the amounts of scrap glass pieces and window leads found at this site, the archaeologists conjecture that windows were being assembled here from imported materials. | |
